Privacy Policy for Tobii ATI

This policy covers how Tobii ATI treats personal information that it collects and receives. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable, such as your name, address, e-mail address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

Information Collection and Use

Tobii ATI uses information about you for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for products and services and to contact you about our products or your purchases.

When you request a catalog or Demo CD from our Web site, we ask for information needed to ship it to you: name, address, city, state, and zip code. We may also ask for your e-mail address and other demographic information, which you may provide optionally. In every e-mail message you receive from Tobii ATI addressed to multiple recipients, you will be told how to remove yourself from that e-mail list.

For online purchases we also ask for your billing address and credit card information, which is used only to transact that one purchase. Online purchases are conducted at our secure site.

When you purchase a product from Tobii ATI, we store your name and address information (not credit card information) in a secure customer database in order to process your order or communicate with you regarding a product you have purchased. We may also store, in a secure marketing database, names and addresses provided by customers and prospective customers who seek product information. We do not sell, rent, or reveal to any external organization the information in either database.

If Tobii ATI invites you to complete a survey or questionnaire (printed or online), the information you provide is strictly voluntary. When the results are compiled, individual responses remain anonymous. Only those staff with a bonafide need to know have access to the individual responses.

If you subscribe to an Tobii ATI-published electronic newsletter distributed via e-mail, we will keep your e-mail address in a private list. Messages sent electronically do not reveal recipients' e-mail addresses or any other personal information. Tobii ATI will only send messages to individuals who have opted to subscribe and who have provided their e-mail address to Tobii ATI directly. We do not use this e-mail address list for any other purpose, and we only add individuals to this list at their request. If you believe that you have been subscribed without your permission, please follow the instructions in the welcome e-mail message to unsubscribe or contact Tobii ATI.

Removing your Information

Tobii ATI does not set or access cookies on your computer. If a link from the Tobii ATI Web site takes you to another company's Web site, that company's use of cookies is subject to its own privacy policies, not this one.
