Customers wishing to return merchandise for a credit, exchange, and/or refund
must do so within 30 days from the date of shipment by Assistive Technology,
Inc.
A letter stating the reason for the return and action to be taken is required to process your return.
Prior to returning any product to ATI, please call ATI Technical Support to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be prominently displayed on the outside of the package.
If a product is to be returned, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the device either to ATI or to the U.S. address provided to you by ATI. Returns must be shipped prepaid. No freight collect packages will be accepted.
Merchandise returned must be in the original, new condition and accompanied by all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Returns after 30 days, or without complete packaging, will be accepted only for exchange of defective product under the terms of our ATI Device Warranty (9K PDF). Assistive Technology, Inc. reserves the right to refuse merchandise or to impose a 15% restocking fee for any returns not meeting the above requirements.
