ATI Device Warranty (9K PDF)
Our hardware products come with a One-Year All-Inclusive warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship as well as damage coverage for up to three incidents during the warranty year. It does not cover theft, loss, tampering, or cosmetic damage. It can be extended for an additional year after the one-year warranty period expires, up to a maximum of three extensions. Shipping
Orders are normally shipped by standard UPS ground to a street (not Post Office box) address. The table below shows the charge for shipping, handling, and insurance.

Taxes
- If you are ordering directly from Assistive Technology, Inc. and are shipping to a state where one of our sales representatives is based (AL, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MO, MN, NH, NM, NY, NC, TX, OH, PA, VA, WA, WI), please include applicable sales tax or a tax exemption certificate.
- Purchases made through any of our dealers are subject to local taxes.
- Organizations with a tax-exempt number must attach a copy of their certificate to their order.
Repairs or Exchanges
Most software issues can be resolved quickly with a phone call. Do not hesitate to contact us. Please call Technical Support at 800.793.9227 if you experience any problems with your AAC device so we can resolve the issue over the phone or have you return it for repair. Because we know you depend on your device, we handle repairs as quickly as possible.
When returning or exchanging a product, you must contact us at 800.793.9227 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This will ensure that we can track your return and provide you with prompt service.
