Letter of Denial
If you have already sent a funding request to your Insurance Company and that request has been denied, please send us a copy of the Letter of Denial. This information will help our Funding Department understand your situation and inform us as to how to best approach an appeal. Insurance will require that this document is included in any future correspondence about the claim.
